M4 Electric is a full-scope commercial electrical contractor serving general contractors, architects, and property owners across Oklahoma. We work from design assist through closeout - service entrance switchgear, distribution panels, branch wiring, low-voltage rough-in coordination, lighting and fixture installation, and final commissioning to NEC and IES standards.

We bid plan-and-spec work, deliver value engineering during preconstruction, and self-perform every phase with our own journeymen and apprentices. We hold a GC's vertical schedule because the right crew shows up on the right day - not a rotated subcontractor's delayed delivery.

Common project types: tenant fit-outs, restaurant and quick-service new builds, retail centers, multi-tenant office, bank branches, automotive dealerships, medical office buildings, and mixed-use core-and-shell.

What a schedule slip actually costs.

On a typical commercial project, every week the electrical scope falls behind costs the GC roughly 0.5 - 1% of total project value in carrying costs - financing, supervision, equipment rental, and tenant-occupancy delay. On a $5M tenant build, that's $25,000 - $50,000 a week in soft costs alone.

M4 is built around hitting the agreed mobilization and turnover date. Every termination is torque-marked, every panel is labeled before cover-up, and we coordinate inspections proactively with the AHJ - not chase them after the fact.

Four phases. No surprises.

Design assist & estimate. We walk the site, review construction documents and panel schedules, and return a clear line-itemed estimate. No vague allowances or change-order traps.

Mobilization & rough-in. Crews on site on the agreed date. Service entrance, gear, and branch rough-in start clean. EMT bent and strapped to NEC spec.

Trim, test, commission. Fixtures hung, panels labeled, every circuit megger-tested per IEEE and ANSI acceptance-test standards. IR-scan and arc-flash labeling delivered where required.

Turnover & service. Clean as-builts delivered, owner training complete, warranty registered, and a service contact you can actually reach when something happens at 11 pm.
